Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone (the world's first national park) is in the state of Wyoming, USA. It spans 370 feet (113 meters) across, the largest in the country. It is also  the third largest hot spring in the world. The temperature ranges between 147 and 188 degrees Farenheit (64 - 86 degrees Celsius).

Blue Lagoon in Iceland has water temperatures ranging from 98 to 102 degrees Farenheit (37-39 degrees Celsius). It is said that "minerals released into the water from the interaction between hot seawater and cooler rocks has devotees swearing to the medical and healing properties of the springs."
