Giới Trẻ Ăn Chay: "Tắm" ở South Carolina, Hoa Kỳ, kêu gọi thuần chay

According to South Carolina's The State:

Virginia Fort and Rachel Kay "showered" on a Five Points sidewalk behind a banner that read "Clean Your Conscience: Go Vegan! 1 lb. of Meat Equals 6 Months of Showers."

The two women wanted to tell passersby in Five Points that the meat industry wastes water [1 pound of meat costs 2,463 gallons to produce] and produces greenhouse gases. The two women want consumers to know that the best way to conserve water and to help the environment is to go meatless.

Cheyenne Wiseman also participated, holding out a placard with an environmentally friendly message on Thursday, August 11, 2011.
