Bếp Chay Thanh Nhẹ: Bánh giò chay - Hiền Minh (Vegan Vietnamese steamed conical rice cake)

This vegan version of Vietnamese steamed conical rice cake (bánh giò chay) is soft and savory. Made from rice flour, it features minced mushrooms and leek for filling. After molding the cake into triangular shape using banana leaves, cover once more with plastic wrap. Steam for about 30 minutes and enjoy hot!
